Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the state of Mississippi who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open only to legal permanent residents of the State of Mississippi who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of rafl Giveaways LLC, participating Partner Businesses, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. One account per natural person. Entries submitted by bots, scripts, or other automated means are void.

3. How to Enter (Free Method)

To enter, download the free rafl mobile application and create a free account. Visit any participating rafl partner business location and tap your phone on the rafl tag. Each tap constitutes one (1) entry into that month's sweepstakes. No purchase is required to tap the tag or to receive an entry. You may earn entries up to the daily limit set by rafl.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on February 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on March 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period are void. rafl's computer is the official timekeeping device for this promotion.

5. Prize Description

One (1) prize package consisting of Grand Prize, with a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $204.00. Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. rafl reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If winner's total rafl prizes in a calendar year equal or exceed $600, rafl will request a Form W-9 and issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

6. Drawing / Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The drawing will be conducted at or near the end of each calendar month. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the sweepstakes are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

Winners will be notified via in-app notification and email. Winners must verify their identity (valid Mississippi driver's license or state-issued ID) within thirty (30) days of notification to claim their prize.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. All entries have equal odds of being selected regardless of whether the entrant made a purchase at any participating location.

9. Instant Rewards (Separate from Sweepstakes)

Instant rewards offered by participating businesses are separate and distinct from the sweepstakes. Instant rewards are guaranteed, deterministic offers (e.g., a discount, free item, or promotional offer) provided by individual businesses to customers who complete specified actions. They are not random, not a game of chance, and do not constitute a lottery. Instant rewards do not affect sweepstakes entries or odds of winning.

10. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of rafl Giveaways LLC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. rafl reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond rafl's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes. In such event, rafl may, at its sole discretion, select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action. rafl is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; for errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes; or for any injury or damage to any person or property that may be caused directly or indirectly in whole or in part from participation in the sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, rafl reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by rafl to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

11. Governing Law

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
