Delete Your Account
Applies to the rafl app (iOS and Android) and rafl by text.
The fastest way: in the app
Open rafl, tap the gear icon on the home screen to open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. After you confirm, your account and its data are erased immediately and you’re signed out everywhere. This cannot be undone — your points, entries, and this month’s ticket are permanently gone.
No app? Request it instead
Email dev@raflgiveaways.com from any address, or use our contact page, and include the phone number on the account. We’ll verify it’s you (a text to that number) and complete the deletion within 30 days — typically much sooner.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account: your profile (name, email, phone number, birthday, avatar), taps and check-ins, points and entries, contest standings, receipts and reviews, referrals, text-message history with rafl, and device records. Deletion is immediate and permanent once processed.
What we may need to keep
If you’ve won a prize, tax law and our sweepstakes Official Rules require us to retain certain records (for example, W-9 forms and winner verification) for the legally mandated period. In that case, deletion goes through support so we can erase everything else while keeping only what the law requires — email dev@raflgiveaways.com and we’ll take care of it.
Just want fewer texts?
You don’t have to delete your account to stop messages — reply STOP to any rafl text to opt out of the text channel, or turn off notification categories in the app’s Settings.
